- Purchase pretty pink party hats
that have a cone shape to them, faux jeweled ribbon, and white tulle
ribbon.
- Cutting a length of jeweled
ribbon, and a length to desire of tulle, pull through the top gap of the
party hat and secure with a staple.
- Give out to all your little
princesses, great for themed Princess parties!
