Easter Peeps for your Easter baskets?

Here is a quick and easy idea using our clear bags.

Easter Peeps 

1) Place your peeps in a 3x15 clear bag.

2) Tie each side of the bag with a ribbon.

3) Write your message on your gift tag.

What’s going into YOUR Easter baskets?

Here is a quick an easy carrot of an idea using our cone bags. 

1)  Take a 7x15 cone bag.

2)  Fill ¾ with cheese puffs or small cheddar type crackers.

3)  Secure the top of the bag closed by twisting and then tying a ribbon knot very tight.  (You can add ribbon curls by using a ribbon shredder).

4)  Place carrots on top of green shred in your favorite Easter basket.

It’s that swirly whirly curly stuff that goes on the bottom of your gift  basket before you put your yummy treats on top.

It’s really easy to use, grab a handful, place in the bottom of your basket. Then put all your yummy treats or gifts on top.

Our fantastic Burnaby Store staff member Barb is moving to Kelowna and so Creative Packaging Burnaby Store is now hiring. If you love working with great people, and enjoy a creative company that’s all about people helping people, then drop off your résumé to Julie at the Burnaby Store. Hours of work will be 20-35 per week Monday - Saturdays, 9:00am -5:00 pm. There is also an opportunity to advance to Assistant Store Manager. 1. Add your ingredient to a bag or box.
2. Write the instructions or message on a tag.
3. Attach your tag and an ornament or accessory to your gift with a ribbon.

Just Wrap It: Happy Trails

This month is "Just Wrap It" week where we're excited to bring you a taste of the sorts of recipes you'll find in Just Wrap It - D.I.Y. gift mixes from your kitchen. We'll give you directions on how to package the gift mix to give away for the holidays. You'll be giving the gift of a mix from your very own kitchen! So feel free to mix it up and add ingredients you like! All of the packaging you'll need for these gifts can be found at Creative Packaging!

Here's our Happy Trails Mix!

You'll need: A cardboard-bottom bag, ribbon, a tag, a pen, a mixing bowl, and all of your favorite trail mix ingredients (i.e. cereal, candy, pretzels, Chex Mix, gold fish, Cheezits, etc.)

1. Mix all of your trail mix ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.

2. Scoop the trail mix into your cardboard-bottom bag. Fill it about half to 3/4 of the way full.

3. Twist the plastic at the top of bag.

4. Tie a bow with ribbon around the twisted plastic.

 5. Write a tag with a personalized message.

















6. Attach your tag to the ribbon on your bag.
